"Growing up on a remote cattle ranch in the rugged wilds of
Wyoming instilled a deep appreciation and awe for majestic
and diverse landscape that was only expanded by my world
travels. In my art I seek to transport my viewers to a new
and beautiful vista, into a moment of beauty that celebrates
history, people and places. I love using color to depict light,
contour, motion and texture creating a three dimensional
perspective on a two dimensional surface.
I appreciate having the opportunity to teach those that want
to awaken their creative side as well as to stimulate them
intellectually and even therapeutically. Knowledge and
exercise in art techniques will rouse the creative process of
one’s intellect helping them to develop brain skills and ability
applicable to careers that will utilize creative thinking and
provide an enjoyable outlet for both personal and
professional production of artwork."
